Return Policy

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (we hope you will be!) we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased on our website in exchange of store credit. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. 

Return Conditions: All original tags must be attached. Final sales include bodysuits, bralettes, accessories, jewelry & sale items. 

***Unfortunately you will not receive credit if items are damaged and/or not in original condition.

To return: 

1) Please make sure your order meets out criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.

2) Include your order number (included in your original order confirmation and printed invoice) and reason for return.

3) Please use the courier of your choice & return your item(s) to:

Please allow 3-5 days for us to receive your return & 7-10 days to process your return and store credit.

You will receive an online store credit via email. The store credit will be sent to the original email and account your purchase was made on. 

 

Defective Items: 

Items received that are damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 5 days of delivery. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing. 

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography, lighting and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may vary also. These situations do not qualify as defects.
